How it works

• You can check in to a glider as a pilot or co-pilot by entering your name and/or membership number and an optional password.
• Providing the same password in the logbook will show the crew information. Other flight data remain visible publicly.
• If you check in without a password, crew data remains publicly visible.
• We recommend using a password shared among the pilots of one airfield or club. Do not use the same password on any other sites on the internet.
• The password is case insensitive.
• KTrax does not store the password. There is no recovery mechanism.
• Please check in before the flight. Crew names can be changed during the flight, however the names will only show up in the logbook after landing.
• You can select to remain checked in for just a single flight, for a day, 7 days or permanently (e.g. for a private owner).
